At Elie Tahari, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of shipment.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
